She works with children, adolescents and young adults, integrating her conventional medical background in pediatrics and psychiatry with more natural, holistic, and functional healing modalities to help people attain the highest level of health and wellness. She is particularly interested in nutrition and the gut-brain relationship in conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress-related conditions, and gut disorders like IBS. Rebecca is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has been working in Pediatrics for over 20 years. She has deep experience in helping families manage children’s complex chronic health conditions and enjoys blending the best of conventional and Functional Medicine to achieve long lasting vibrant health. At Arbor Health, Rebecca treats many conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, gut and digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS), Lyme Disease, and Autism. Renee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of chronic health issues using Functional Medicine. She treats adrenal fatigue, IBS, SIBO and other gut related disorders, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disorders such as Hashimotos, hormone imbalance, Fibromyalgia, Lyme’s Disease, heavy metal and toxin removal, and mental health concerns such as Anxiety and Depression. With over 24 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner from pediatrics through geriatrics, she has a passion for helping patients develop resiliency, find balance, and develop the necessary skills for making healthy lifestyle choices so they can thrive. Her own personal health journey brought her to Functional Medicine when she was able to heal herself and family members through food and lifestyle changes. Before finding Functional Medicine, Renee provided comprehensive medical care and health counseling to families of children, adolescents, college students, and adults through positions at St. John Fisher College, Rochester General Pediatrics Associates, Rochester General Hospital, and Monroe Community Hospital. Renee earned a BS in Nursing from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY and an MS in Nursing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. A Child & Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, Pamela specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties with children, drug and alcohol issues, parenting issues, and optimizing symptom management for individuals and families dealing with major mental illness. Pamela assists children and adults in healing, enhancing growth, family cohesiveness, and the ability to weather life's stressors. Pam can also provide Art Therapy which is particularly helpful when verbal communication is difficult. Her work has been described as engaging, playful, interactive, humorous, and gentle. She received her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1992.
Corey is a Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Health Coach, Neurofeedback Specialist and Chiropractic Physician with a passion for helping patients on their healing journey. With a strong background in customer service, he uses his clinical and organizational super-powers to make sure that all of our patients are moving through their programs efficiently and are getting their needs met between visits. Corey is fascinated by the connections between body and brain health. Using his clinical knowledge of neurology and physiology, he loves to help patients achieve their health goals through Neurofeedback and Functional Medicine. Corey earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York College of Chiropractic and a BS in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.
Jackie is a Clinical Health Coach and Chiropractic Physician who specializes in children with complex chronic conditions including Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS), Lymes Disease, and the biomedical treatment of Autism. Prior to Arbor Health, Jackie honed her functional medicine skills while practicing as a chiropractor who specializes in the care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism, SPD and ADD. She believes that the body is a whole, interconnected system and that physical medicine (chiropractic) and functional medicine go hand in hand. Jackie graduated from New York Chiropractic College and achieved her specialized certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is currently pursuing additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Jackie has 2 young daughters that she keeps healthy with chiropractic adjustments and supplements.

She uses functional medicine as a foundation to address the root cause of dysfunction in the body and couples that with proven coaching techniques to support her clients in transforming from default habits to unlocking their highest potential and creating new normals for themselves.
Lori is a Neurofeedback Specialist and seasoned Integrative Health Coach who specializes in children with complex chronic conditions including Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS), Lymes Disease, and the biomedical treatment of Autism. Lori found Functional Medicine after her son was diagnosed with severe Autism at age 2 and she was told he would never be able to function in society. After applying Functional Medicine principles and neurofeedback, he is now on the honor roll, runs track, and has lots of friends in mainstream high school. She uses her education and personal experience to gently guide and educate families working on nutrition and lifestyle changes and can help with 100,001 strategies for getting your picky kids to expand their horizons. Other areas of expertise include dietary supplements, navigating Medicaid Self-Direction, and school supports. Lori also has extensive experience in QEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback treatment. Amber is Dr. Zendi's business partner and manages Arbor Health. She has been an entrepreneur in biotechnology and healthcare for over 20 years. Amber started her career as a molecular biologist working on the Genome Project and went on to earn an MBA and start her first genominc health company, NanoString Technologies, during graduate school. Later she was instrumental in making healthcare more accessible for people through Urgent Care Online through Carena (now American Well) and has worked to use technology to create new models of more accessible, cost effective care ever since. Amber has a passion for Functional Medicine because she has used it to heal her family and likes that it addresses the root cause of disease by combining her early work in systems biology with the best of clinical medicine. Amber is also a Braincore Certified Neurofeedback Specialist and works with patients on building resilience and optimal brain health.
Susan is our Clinical Intake Coordinator and is the first point of contact for new patients at Arbor Health. She ensures that new patients understand our approach and feel welcomed on their healing journey with us. Sue has twenty-five years of customer service experience in the medical and health related fields and has a kind and caring communication style. With a bachelor's degree from Cornell, she is excited to be a part of a healthcare team who share the common goal of helping people find true healing through Functional Medicine.
Elena is our Medical Secretary who helps keep the trains running on time by calling to remind you of appointments and when labs are due. She makes sure supplements are in stock and is instrumental in keeping back office operations running smoothly.
Our therapy dog, Tucker, takes his job seriously and greets all visitors with enthusiasm and joy. He can be found alternately napping on the job or bringing guests his toys to show his delight with their visit.
