Arbor Health is located in Pittsford, NY near the lovely Erie Canal in historic Bushnell's Basin. We are directly off of route 490 at 613 Pittsford Victor Rd. We are west of the Hitching Post Plaza and east of Thornell Rd.

Directions From the East or West:
Take Route 90 to Exit 45 (490 Rochester Victor). Take 490 West to Exit 27 (Route 96 Bushnell's Basin). At the light, turn right onto Pittsford Victor Rd (Route 96). Arbor Health #613 will be on your left side after the Hitching Post Plaza. The entrance is before the building and is a one-way loop. Drive around to the parking lot in the back.
Directions from the City of Rochester:
Take 490 East to Exit 27 (Route 96 Bushnell's Basin). At the light, turn right onto Pittsford Victor Rd (Route 96). Arbor Health #613 will be on your left side after the Hitching Post Plaza. The entrance is before the building and is a one-way loop. Drive around to the parking lot in the back.
