FROM DR. ZENDI'S SESSION AT THE PICKY EATING SUMMIT
You've watched your child's food list shrink, and you know it's more than picky eating.
Get the free parent guide from Dr. Zendi's interview. It gives you five questions to ask before you try one more feeding strategy, and five patterns that can look the same at the dinner table.
We'll email it to you. Education information, not a diagnosis or treatment plan.
You've tried the strategies
You've skipped the bite battles, offered the safe foods, and waited it out. Maybe your child ate a whole range of foods six months ago, and now the list fits on one hand. Or maybe every meal comes with handwashing, checking, and questions you can't answer fast enough.
Picky eating, ARFID, OCD-related food fears, PANS/PANDAS, and anorexia can look alike at the table. They need very different help. This guide helps you see which pattern you're living with, so your next step fits your child.
What's inside
When it changed in days
If your child changed in a matter of days, write that down. A child who ate well and then refused most meals within a week, alongside new fears, poor sleep, tics, or bathroom changes, is showing a pattern that deserves a careful medical look. A sudden change after being sick is important history too.
The guide shows you what to track, so you walk into your child's next appointment with a clear timeline instead of a blur of bad weeks.
